Telangana Govt aims to generate a revenue of ₹20,000 crore via auctioning approximately 600 Acres SOUTH-WEST HYDERABAD

Total Extent : 600 Acres
Total Revenue target : ₹20,000 crore
Budvel : ~200 Acres
Taramati : ~200 Acres
Kistmatpur : ~199.5 Acres

All 600 acres fall under the “Mixed-Use” category, allowing developers the freedom to build high-rise apartments, luxury villas, commercial offices, or retail spaces without needing additional land-use conversion.

Development of the South-West: This 600-acre release is a deliberate shift by the HMDA (Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority) and TGIIC to move the city’s growth momentum from the saturated Hitech City-Kokapet belt toward the Rajendranagar-Kismatpur axis.
